Certain requests — particularly for erasure — may be limited by 55bw's legal obligations to retain data for AML, KYC, and PAGCOR regulatory compliance purposes. Where a request cannot be fully complied with, 55bw will explain the reasons in writing.
The 55bw Platform is strictly intended for individuals who are at least 21 years of age. 55bw does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. Registration is blocked for users who self-declare an age below 21 during the account creation process.
